MyKharch is a subscription SaaS product. We want you to be able to try it without risk and to leave gracefully if it isn't right for you. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Free trial
All new accounts get a 30-day free trial with full feature access. No payment method is required to start the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
3. Refunds on first paid period
If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and you have not generated more than 50 transactions or 10 invoices in that period, you may request a full refund of that charge. Self-service refunds within this 7-day window are processed automatically. After 7 days, refunds require admin review.
4. Refunds on renewal charges
Subscription renewals are not automatically refundable. If you forgot to cancel and were charged within the last 3 days, contact hello@kedayatech.com and we will normally refund the renewal as a goodwill gesture, provided you have not used the renewed period meaningfully (no new financial entries, no exports).
5. Refunds for service failure
If we materially fail to deliver the Service (extended outage, broken feature you depend on) and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you report it, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the period.
6. How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the same gateway used to collect (Cashfree or PhonePe).
- Processing time: typically 3–7 business days, depending on your card issuer or UPI bank.
- GST on refunded amounts is reversed via a credit note in line with the GST Act.
7. Non-refundable items
- Charges older than 30 days, unless we've explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
- One-time add-ons or implementation services already delivered.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email hello@kedayatech.com with your registered email address, the date of the charge and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days. If your refund is declined, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer.
Data after cancellation
Cancelling stops billing but does not delete your data. Use Settings → Security → Download your data to take a portable export, and Settings → Security → Delete account to start the 30-day grace deletion. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
